Please, read the LittleBird Warranty Statement first before completing the form. If you believe you have a defective product that is covered by warranty, complete and submit the form below. Please note that proof of purchase and evidence of the product’s issue, may be required.
Once we receive your form submission, we will evaluate your claim and determine eligibility. If your claim is accepted, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
If your product needs replacement, LittleBird requires all defective devices to be returned within (30) days of the replacement's shipment.
Any advanced replacements will require the defective product to be shipped back within (7) days of shipment. Failure to do so will result in the submitter being responsible for the entire cost of the replacement device.
