Job Description
LittleBird builds smart technology for residential communities, including smart home technology, access control (including video intercom), and community resident engagement features.
We’re looking for a Director of Project Management to oversee the execution of both client projects and internal projects, to lead and grow our project management team, and to establish repeatable processes that will improve our overall efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Execute on client and partner relationships and projects, and oversee other project managers doing the same
- Design and implement an account management strategy to ensure we deliver a great experience to our clients
- Optimize requirements and processes for contracts and paperwork
- Establish and manage a training program for internal and external groups and oversee our online learning management system
- Develop processes for management and oversight of channel partners installing and supporting our product
- Establish hardware and equipment procurement strategies and processes to reduce costs and increase margins
- Identify and promote ways to increase our operational efficiency
- Manage other internal or external projects as needs arise, and report regularly on the status of active projects

Required
- Must live in the Phoenix, Arizona area
- Must have past project management experience
- Must have past technology experience
- Must have past construction-related experience
- Must be proficient with web-based software, smartphones, mobile apps, smart home devices, and access control systems
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related area
- AutoCAD experience in reviewing, modifying and creating construction drawings
