Tech startup seeks driven, enthusiastic account manager to strengthen our sales and customer support team. LittleBird is developing smart apartment technology that links units, properties, and neighborhoods together like never before. Our mobile application and software suite draw from 20 years of multi-family industry experience to create the most complete and convenient apartment ecosystem for both managers and residents. Creating and managing customer relationships—over the phone, by email, and in person—is the account manager’s most important task. Managers will be skilled in identifying and generating sales leads, executing initial inquiries and preparing proposals. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent acquisition and retention of new properties and customers, while supporting existing clients through the onboarding process. This position will manage a variety of marketing communications, promotions and presentations, tailoring the best possible strategy for each lead.
•Generate new sales leads and spearhead initial contacts
•Maintain communication with and provide support to existing accounts as needed
•Keep detailed notes
•Coordinate the exchange of information among internal departments
•Assist in program marketing and brand expansion
•Research and analyze industry norms to develop targeted sales strategy
•5+ years of professional Sales or Customer Service experience
•Sharp writing and communication skills
•Strong computer skills; proficiency in web programs and Microsoft Office suite
•Detail oriented and self-motivatedResults-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfactionUnderstanding of general marketing principals
•Upbeat attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
